(The Challenge)

Your schedule lives in five apps. None of them talk.

Your schedule lives in five apps. None of them talk.

You have a calendar, a to-do list, a notes app, a work tool, and a group chat - and somehow you're still missing things. The problem isn't effort. It's fragmentation.

(The Solution)

find a way to connect all the platforms to one place

find a way to connect all the platforms to one place

One Machine plugs into your existing apps and platforms, pulls everything together, and handles the reminders for you. No more switching tabs. No more falling through the cracks. Just one clean view of your day.

(01)

Research & Discovery

People aren't lazy - they're scattered across five apps. We mapped how people actually manage their days and found one clear pattern: the problem isn't the tasks. It's the switching.

(02)

Info Architecture

We mapped every platform One Machine connects to, then figured out how to present it all without overwhelming the user. One timeline. One priority view. Everything in its place.

(03)

UI Design

Calm, clear, fast to scan. Designed the dashboard, daily view, reminder flow, and connected apps panel. A complex system that feels simple on first open.

(04)

Testing & Handoff

Tested with people who swore they'd tried everything. Refined the notification timing and onboarding flow based on where users got lost, then handed off with a full component library.
